Tarrytown Albert Einstein Chief Resident Conference

Has anyone on here ever been to the Chief Resident conference at Tarrytown (through Albert Einstein)? Was it useful? What do you spend your time doing there? Is it mostly sitting around a table role playing? Outward Bound-type bonding activities? I appreciate any information!
