38. If in using Set-up 2, the phase difference is measured to be pi radians, then which of the following is a possible value for the thickness of the glass, if the incident angle is assume to be negligibly small?

delta r= [ (lamba)/ 2pi ] phi

Answer = 0.25m

I don't get why they used 1m for lambda in the answer. Thank you.

The passage says "...along with radio waves of wavelength one meter."
