Temple and Virtual Evals problem

so I e-mailed Temple yesterday since I sent them my letters 3 weeks ago and they still haven't been updated. This is the response I got:

We have encountered a technical difficulty between the VirtualEval system and the Temple University Network. We are working to resolve the problem directly. Please check back with templemedonline within one week.
