Texas Tech at El Paso??

Does anyone know if Texas Tech is going to have a pharmacy program at El Paso? They were supposed to, but no evidence is out yet!!

I have a friend going to TT pharm school right now, I asked her and she haven't heard anything about an El Paso campus yet. They could be delaying it due to current economic reasons, like the school that UTD was going to open in Dallas.
