I recently had two people recommend the publication The Back Letter http://journals.lww.com/backletter/Pages/default.aspx. It was described as the Cochrane of spine and pain. Any reviews from forum members?

I had free access to this during residency and thought it was awesome. Not only for the analysis, but also for bringing up good articles that I would have otherwise missed, as they weren't in journals I consistently read.

Dunno. Their conclusion after each studu is basically that nothing works for spine pain.

Guess they are like cochrane because that's what cochrane says about everything in medicine. "nothing works"

I used to subscribe after getting it in fellowship. I like the quick reviews of articles out there to make me "think" but I agree, their conclusions were medications are not good, procedures are worse every time.
