My last LOR got mailed to them on 7/15, but status is still "Waiting Additional Information." I'm assuming it will just take a little while longer for them to confirm they have received everything?

They barely use the aadsas portal system according to the email, and the admission office may be busy to set up the orientation for upcoming D1.
 
We already have one SDNer who's already gotten an interview invite according to the 2016-2017 interviews/acceptances thread.
 
What was sent out was the first wave for September 9th interviews.

For those who got interviews, what "decision date" does AADSAS have for UPENN? When did you guys receive your app complete email from Penn as well?
 
Decision date and app complete date both are 7/06 for me
 
App complete on 7/5. For some reason Penn has still not shown up on my school decisions tab. So I guess that could be good news for some people?
 
Interview! But couldn't schedule it before they closed today so hopefully I get a hold of the office tmwr

Got an interview today as well! Does anyone know if there is an advantage to interview sooner? They said interviews start in September but I live in California and would love to do all my east coast interviewing in one trip. I'd like to interview at Penn in September but some schools (like Boston Univ) don't start interviewing until October.. Any advice?

Anybody schedule their interview yet and not get a confirmation email? Idk if we're supposed to get one, I was jw.
 
Sept 16th is my interview day. They don't send a confirmation but in the packet they mail you there will a confirmation form that you send back with your date that you confirm on the phone. At least that is what I was told on the phone

Ahh gotcha. I scheduled mine for the 9th. Didn't really want the very first interview day they offered but I'll already be up north-ish that week so I save about 200 bucks by making it all one trip.

What are your stats? I'm assuming all are fairly competitive to be getting sept interviews
 
Just got my interview invite! I was bummed yesterday seeing other people get invites thinking I wasn't getting one, lol. My app complete date was 7/12 if anyone's wondering and my stats are 3.9 gpa and 23 AA.

Did they offer a specific range of dates only in September or October too?

Scheduled my interview for Sept 15th! Stats: 21 AA; 3.8 GPA; CA resident. I submitted my AADSAS app on June 10th and received an email on June 28th from Penn saying my app was complete.

Congrats! Did you do research during undergrad?
 
My stats are 22 AA, 3.8 gpa. OOS and lots of extracurriculars which I believe were the better part of my application. As far as the guy who asked about research yes I have.
 
Interview scheduled for September 15th as well!
 
Have any internationals heard anything from Penn yet (i.e interviews)?

Briefly yes, however, I spent most of my time working in many dental offices and shadowing different dentists/specialists!

I did little to no research in undergrad, (like 1 semester 50 hours as a research assistant)
25+ on the DAT
 
Has anyone received the packet in the mail for the September interviews?
 
Ladies, would anyone like to share a room for an interview on Friday, September 16? I am flying in on September 15th and leaving the 17th.
