Got FDA approval for a Herpes blood test. I am sure the pathologyblawg person will put this story on his website since he seems to come here for stories.

From the article, it seems they are trying to use this approval to extrapolate that their technology is effective for every lab test. Honey, that ain't how laboratory testing works and I have the QC budget to prove it.
