TPR Diagnostic Exams vs AAMC Self Assessment?

So is there any overlap between these two packages?

I think I saw someone post that the TPR coursework program gives you access to the AAMC self assessments and I wanted to know, if so, where it is located.

Also which one should I do first? MCAT is on 4/26
