Is there any contra-indications for thoracic radiotherapy (TxN3M0 NSCLC) in a patient know to have tracheomalacia, with symptomatic stridor secondary to a compressive upper mediastinal LN?

I'm not aware of tracheomalacia or bronchomalacia being a contraindication. Anecdotally, 2 recent cases done well. In you pt, I would make sure that's indeed tracheomalacia not extensive invasion.
