Do you guys have any suggestions or resources in terms of training front desk staff/LVNs in triage? How do you teach someone when an acute appointment requires them to pull you into the room emergently vs. continuing normal clinic flow?

Tachycardia, bradycardia below 50, o2 sats less than 90%, BP below 100/60, patient breathing too heavily to speak more than 3-4 words at a time, or anytime they think a patient looks in distress. I'd rather they call me too often than not enough.
