Transfer Ethics credits from MS program?

hi:

quick question: Does anybody here has experience with transfer of credits for a doctoral level ethics class from a MS degree; even if possible, what do you think about having a master's level ethics class, no doctoral, and taking the licensure exam?? TIA!!
