Transfering to Austria/Residency in Austria

I'm a 2nd year EU medical student and I want to live in Austria, is there any chance I could transfer to a medical school there? The language is not a problem, but I need to know if my 2 year study could be continued there because I don't really want to repeat them. Or would it be better if I just finished the medical school in my country and then do the residency in Austria? Or is it too hard to be accepted as a resident there if you didn't finish the medical school in Austria? Help me please
