Transitions

This thread is likely way too early, but in between refreshing my email waiting for decisions and searching for housing in cities I may not actually be ever moving to, I also am starting to think about how my life will be transitioning between making a decision on an MPH program (hopefully by late March?) and starting school in the fall. I have been out of college for 6 years and currently work a full-time govt job. I'd be interested in knowing what others plan to do between March-ish and September, especially if moving and leaving a job are involved. I'm debating how late in the summer I should go before resigning from my job, when I should officially secure housing and move, whether I should take a "vacation" of any sort, etc. Has anyone else started thinking about this or made general life plans for those transition months?
