Hey all.

Finally a PGY-2. Feels super weird. Was out of my department forever (last 5 months of PGY-1) and feel way out of it now. I need to get back into the mindset of ED, actually thinking for myself again, red flags, differentials, and yes, trauma.

We don't get a ton at our shop, a few level 1s every other day or so which we co-manage with surgery residents. I would really like to practice my trauma algorithms daily/weekly with some online software to keep my ATLS skills and thinking intact. Any recommendations? I only found one online: madscientist. There is little in the way of reviews for this and I'm scared to give them my personal info without some type of endorsement.

Thanks everyone!

This is what I use to brush up on my Trauma/surgical topics. It can definitely be difficult to get through though so take your time and go easy.
