Trying to Certify ROL but it says "Invalid Password". What's the problem?

I'm in the R3 system and I click on the orange CERTIFY LIST button, enter my password, but then I get a dialog boxed entitled "an error has occurred" with a message saying "Invalid Password".


wtf is going on?

Members don't see this ad.
 
Try to log out and back in, and then try certifying it. Any chance you inadvertently had Caps Lock on or switched your keyboard layout?
