Trying to locate a chapter in a child psychiatry text

While in graduate school, I saw a chapter in a child and adolescent psychiatry text that was titled something like "Intellectual Diability Masquerading as ADHD/ADD" I now have time to go back and read it but can't remember which text it was in. Can anybody help me out? Thanks
