ternopil state medical university
And im really confused about Ukraine!!

Kharkiv is a muchhhh bigger city, with more opportunities in my opinion. I would go with that University just because of the location. Don't know much about Ternopil, but they look legit. I didn't even know they have a medical school.

Yes, Ternopil is a legit medical school. You probably already made your decision but the ranking of universities in Ukraine goes like this: national medicals university>State University>Institute
