UMDNJ rentals

A neighbor is putting his townhome up for rental....has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bath and full walk out finished basement( which could be used as a separate apt/lving space... In a nice town home community very convenient to UMDNJ stratford(10 minute commute) and all of the other training hospitals in region as well as PHillie...right off 295 and is on rt 70..so commutes to most areas is less than 10 minutes
I work at Kennedy Cherry hill, the major teaching affiliate for umdnj-som, AND TEACH AT UMDNJ ...if any students are interested even a this late date..send me an email and I will connect you with the rental agent( the owners are fellow physicians and went to umdnj....)..
if 3-4 students rent it would come out to about 800-810 per student
