How competitive is it to get accepted to this school as an out of state transfer? I've read on their PharmCAS page that their minimum pcat composite is 30 %. How true is this? Answers would be greatly appreciated from recently accepted students! Thanks!

I'm going to assume you don't mean transferring in the middle of the pharmacy program.

I was accepted this fall as an out of state student. It seems that if you get an interview, after that point your residency doesn't matter much. But I was one of only a handful of out of students there.

I'll have a bachelor's in Biochemistry this spring with a 91 PCAT and a little over a year of pharmacy experience. I have a more detailed post somewhere in the "what are my chances" thread... beyond that, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Oh, and btw, this is now the third thread about UAMS.
