I was wondering if anyone would know my chances of getting into an MD or DO school given my background.

Do you think having 2 years of podiatric medicine will help me heavily in being accepted? Or maybe just a little bit? Or maybe none at all?
With your current undergrad GPAs, an MCAT score of 27 or so would probably make you competitive, stats-wise, for a DO program.

The biggest stumbling block for you will be that med schools don't like to poach students from other professional programs. You'd likely be expected to complete your current program of study. Many med schools ask for a letter from your current program advisor to be sure that they are aware of your intentions in entering another program. Think about whether you could gracefully deal with that, or not.
