I've been working as an ER scribe for the past year and I was recently offered the job of "Chief Scribe." As Chief Scribe, I'll have some more responsibilities than before, like making the schedule for all of the other scribes in our hospital, hiring new scribes, coordinating their training and acting as a kind of liaison between the ER doctors and the scribes.

I don't think this will be worthy of a future update letter (correct me if I'm wrong, though). But my question is, would it be okay to mention this during my interviews (I'm starting this week and have 4-5 over the next couple of weeks)? I'll be taking on this role sometime within the next couple of weeks but I didn't know if it was okay to talk about it when/if interviewers asked about my job since it hasn't happened quite yet.

Thanks in advance!
