Upper Division Molecular Biology Q & A

Does anyone know of any upper division science (particularly molecular biology) textbooks or websites that have practice problems/questions that accompany them? (Other than the Alberts textbook). I'm trying to read more science but find that, unless the book has some Q & A, I don't understand the content as well.
