I was just accepted for an em away rotation at keck, which I'm incredibly excited about! But, I don't know a lick of Spanish. Is this a major problem? I am doing another away before which I'm planning to use for a letter so my evaluation isn't the biggest concern. Thanks for the advice!

I rotated here. My Spanish stops and ends at "Que?" Made it through successfully, even got the H.
You'll find that the vast majority of the nurses and techs speak Spanish. So long as you're nice to them, they will usually be happy to translate for you.
