Hello everyone,

I was just talking to a classmate that says he went through the USMLE Easy qbank during MS1. Is the qbank worth the time? I looked up other threads about it but nobody really answered the question. Obviously its not as good as Rx, Kaplan, Uworld, but does the fact that they are still practice questions make them worth it? The only thing I could find on the other threads are that the explanations of the answers are subpar. Thank you!

No, I'm in a 2 year preclinical, but he just started MS2. He still does it sometimes but he's now doing first aid, pathoma, rx, etc as well so his time for it decreased

I wouldn't overload yourself with Qbanks (what that threshold is, is different for everyone): I would use USMLERx instead.

Also USMLEasy doesn't seem to get good reviews for Step 1 on the University of Toledo's med school website: http://utcom2012.wikispaces.com/USMLE Step 1

You might want to go here instead: http://www.wikitestprep.org/

The domain website was down for a while, but it looks like they resurrected and put all the questions in a PDF format which u can now download.

Never heard of wikitestprep before.. how does it compare to the main qbanks?

When should you use this Dermviser?
It doesn't matter. It's an ancillary source. It's categorized by Basic Science and Organ System at the top of each question so you can print it out and go thru them as you hit that subject/topic or during the last half of M-2.
