I got it, used it for a few weeks and found WAY too many mistakes. On top of that it's a data dump. It's produced by Elsevier, who publishes almost every book, so they just want to get into the very profitable board prep game. The questions are not geared towards the the exam, but what the test writers think is on the exam. I bit the bullet and went to USMLE World, and it's far better. They have fewer zebras, and the explanations are concise, not quotes from books. I also like the interface a little better, although it does prevent you from opening any other application on your computer while you're doing a practice test, but that's a small price to pay.
