I've finished Uworld one time through and have taken 3 of the NBME exams so far. From what I've seemed to notice, Uworld has a lot of the questions are dealing with minuscule details and all the answer choices are very similar. In the NBME exams I've taken I have noticed that there is a lot more problem solving within the questions with less of a focus on minuscule details. Do other people feel this way too? Is this consistent with the actual exam?
