Graduated from UVa in 2014. 3.6 GPA about 3.5 science GPA. 11 Verbal, 8 PS, 11 BS. Chances? I have 2.5 years of research under my belt (will probably be published by the time I apply in 2015) and 2 years experience scribing at a Trauma 1 center. Not sure if I should retake or not...Any and all advice appreciated!

Decent chance, especially at a state school. We have quite a few in my class who had lower MCATs than that. If you feel that you could do better on the MCAT I would probably retake it. I retook mine after getting a 29 the first time, I had roughly the same breakdown as yours and improved my score by a few points.
