Purchase the official AAMC verbal Q-packs. There should be two packs that you can purchase. And no the GRE verbal material wouldn't be useful. The passages are easier/shorter and the questions aren't really like those in the MCAT.

You are better off practicing to read really dense literature if you have used up all the good MCAT verbal resources than using non-MCAT resources. Space out the good sources such as TPRH verbal workbook, EK 101, Next Step and any AAMC material(new or old) so you don't go through it too fast. You can use the mediocre prep material like Kaplan and BR verbal so you don't go through the good material too fast. While Kaplan and BR is pretty mediocre, it still helps you get your timing down and the passages themselves are often still relatively dense and written in a manner that at least decently portrays the MCAT(its the questions themselves that suck).

The GRE verbal section is much closer to the Reading Comp on the SAT than it is to the MCAT. The passages on the GRE also tend to be less abstract and more factually oriented (since the bulk of the Qs on the exam are detail and main idea Qs).

There are plenty of good, low-cost CARS resources out there, including many directly from the AAMC. Use these if you want to prepare best for the MCAT.

Good luck!
