Verify transcripts before submitting?

So I'm not sure if this has been answered before, as I did search for a relatively recent topic. But I was wondering if I could get my transcripts verified prior to submitting my application to schools? I feel as if I can't, but it would be nice to know!

I called Optomcas with the same question this morning. The woman told me that you must submit it first and then they verify your transcripts.
