Wag 401k match popped in for last year. Is it me or is the discretionary match alot smaller than it was last year?
It was pretty crappy. About $1.09 total for guaranteed + discretionary + forfeitures reallocated. The year before that was $1.45 total.
I think I may have to reduce my 401(k) projections, also considering the 1-1.5% raises I have been getting
You get your match annually?
A company big as Wags only guarantees a 2-3% match on their 401k? Wow, that is horrible.I believe they get a standard 2-3% match guaranteed, however, they get a yearly discretionary additional match % that is based on annual profit for that year.

I used to work for them. now it is 4 percent match guaranteed. Yes it can bring it up to 5 , 6 percent depending on the yearWell as I understand it, often the discretionary match can be fairly significant bring up the total to 5-6%, please correct me if I am wrong Walgreen employees.
They match the first 4%, $1 for $1 is guaranteed, and any more is discretionary based on profits. Yes, the match only gets paid annually in March. You get your match annually?
Actually WBA hit an all-time high of $84 in Feb 2015. I still have some stock options with a strike price of $33.20!Didn't WAGS stock hit all-time highs in 2014?
