I heard that Walgreens or CVS offers to pay for your school if you commit to working for them when you graduate. Has anyone every heard of this or done it. What is your opinion on it?
Here's a link to the details of Walgreens' scholarship program. It's nowhere near enough to cover all of pharmacy school. If you're in an area where you could get a location based scholarship, you might get a nice sum, but still not enough to cover everything. Rumor has it that someone in last year's graduating class at my school got a $45K sign on bonus, but that wasn't until her final year of school.
