Hello,

I just had few questions about Walgreen's performance review. I been with the company about 8 months. Just trying to figure out how performance review impacts me as i was rated pretty low by my manager.

1. Is it just once a year?
2. How does that impact staff pharmacist?
3. What does it measure?
4. Do i need an overall average of 3 in order to not get FIRED?

Any other input about performance review would be helpful. I am just trying to not get FIRED.

3. print the competencies
4. no. calibration ensures too many people to do not score highly

All you need is suck up to your pharmacy Manager and you will get good evaluation next year. If you don't get along with your RXM, you can go to the moon and back and still be graded low.
