I initially started out for medicine i dedicated 4-5 yrs of volunteering/shadow work and accumulated many hours. Now, the question is I took a year off and have been home on and off shadowing but seriously MCAT studying is draining me. Sometimes i start and then i fall back and take a break for weeks. This may be due to no studying done for almost a yr now since i am out of college. I am now at the stage i am doubting myself if i will be able to make it to medical school or not. Or even if i do get in would i be able to survive 7 more years of studying with tons of debt. I do want to do something in medical field that is a reputable job and also you make decent amount of money (100k+/yr). Can somebody guide me or give me an honest advice please! I really need help to decide what to do?
