They contacted me by phone on the date they made the decision. I received the packet in the mail about a week later.
I applied in early September (the 3rd i think) and in late September they sent me an e-mail saying that my application was complete and my application would be reviewed in the second admissions meeting which was on November 17th. I'm pretty sure they put all the applications in to these admission meetings based on when they are considered complete. So if they have not sent you an e-mail letting you know the date your app will be reviewed I would call them because they may be able to give you that date.
