is it possible that taking some classes at different colleges allow you to finish prerequites faster?

for example:

i could take english here (chaffey)

then take biochem, calculus, and organic chemistry here (mt. sac)

then take the rest of the prerequisites at my own university (cal state fullerton)

instead of taking all the classes at cal state fullerton, would it be more efficient to take some courses at a local community colleges? because as you can see, there are less classes to take...

or do i have to just have the main requirements?
