Ideally, try to do your studies in the country you wish to work! The entrance requirements in Eastern Europe are a joke compared to what one faces in the UK, Scandinavia, France, Spain and Italy. At one point(this is heard from Norwegian medical students in Poland) students had it ridiculously easy to get through the course. Nowadays I've heard it has improved, and incapable students are kicked out in greater numbers.
Still, many hardly speak the local language because the majority of socialising is with "their own kind" and the language training quality varies considerably, hardly a good way to develop dr-patient communication skills.
The schools have less funding and are far more expensive; they are of course partly funded by students coming from western Europe/north America, who are in most part there due to not having been accepted in their home country.
On a side note, the eastern European students often meet very stringent requirements to get accepted, they obviously study there for free and can work there afterwards(many universities require foreigners to sign a contract where they promise to never apply for a position in Poland etc.).
All this having been said, the education itself is most likely up to standard, and it is probably much more up to yourself to make the most out of it, the degree will be accepted most places(although I am unsure of France, I think there has been some discussions around that), but you will most likely have to work twice as hard to get the competitive positions in other countries. A friend of mine(medical student) has one year left and is this summer working at the local hospital here in general surgery in Norway. But she has worked hard to get to that position! Dentists currently have it somewhat easier, but it is common sense to expect that a local graduate would be preferred to one from abroad.
As for getting accepted to dentistry in the rest of Europe; reqs just below medicine(apart from Italy, where they are higher), and in general above everything else. The selection system is heavily dependent on good grades, more so than in the US. Germany used to be an "easy route" as well, meaning easy entry, difficult to get through. I think they have increased their reqs now though.
Best of luck!
