No USCE in Psych. 7 publications in pediatrics.
I was interested in pediatrics until recently. I've been doing clinics with a child psychiatrist in my home country since a month and absolutely loving it. However, I am concerned about my CV not seeming to be psych-focused.
Any input would be appreciated

I think that you are gonna wanna make sure that your LoR's and personal statement tell a good story about how you arrived at psychiatry. In my opinion, that is gonna be your biggest challenge as you have a good Step 1 score.
