Clinical volunteering:
- 2.5 academic years nursing home volunteering (360 hours)
- 2 summers hospital volunteering (80 hours)
Non-clinical volunteering:
- 2.5 academic years public library volunteer(400 hours)
Work experience:
- 1 summer working as camp counselor(very hard to calculate hours for as this was a sleep away camp and I was with my girls essentially at a constant, will just input 999)
Shadowing
- 80 hours shadowing across numerous specialties, primary care included as well as one DO.
Research:
- 2 summers full time research experience (800 hours)
Leadership:
- Was member of group of upperclassmen that lead freshman orientation
*Possible Red Flags:
- Took medical withdrawal first semester freshman year of college.
