Your chances for DO school are very good and your stats are competitive for most schools. Apply next June to at least 15 schools and you should receive several interviews. Include several of the newer schools to maximize your chances.

Nov/Dec isn't late for DOs.

Fine if you apply broadly. Skip CCOM, AZCOM, the coastal Touros and KCUMB. I can't recommend LUCOM.
