What are my chances?

I applied to both MD and DO School, mostly FL (IS), and was wondering if I was competitive enough to be accepted. I know it's early, but I'm freaking out about not receiving an interview invite yet...
My worst stat I believe is my MCAT.

BCPM GPA = 3.43
AO GPA= 3.94
Total GPA: 3.64

My first MCAT = 123/124/124/121 = 492
2nd MCAT = 123/126/125/126 = 500

I know the MCAT is an average score, but I was hoping it would look good that I doubled my percentile with my retake.

Shadowing: MD-Ph/D 128 hours, DO 208 hours
Publications : 1
Research: 96 hours
Volunteer: Hospital 136 hours, Habitat for Humanity 124 hours
Work: Clinically related - ~2500 hours; Non-clinically related ~656
Leadership: Relay for Life Director ~120 hours; My job (senior, trainer, training coordinator back-up)
