What does everyone think about Arestin?

I'm interested in starting a discussion on what general dentists (and periodontists) think about Arestin. Do you use it in your practice? Do you use it at initial therapy? Or after non-surgical therapy? How many sites do you do at a time? What pocket depths do you treat with it? What has been your experience with it?

I teach in the clinic at a dental hygiene program.

We use Arestin quite often for non-surgical treatment as an academic exercise.
Mostly we use it on a single site.
Our criteria for Arestin use is for pockets 5-7 mm

I find that Arestin is overrated. It is all based on the patient buying into good POH and therein lays the problem.
