What EC to take up senior year

I am applying next cycle and want to know what EC will most benefit my application.
I was thinking of volunteering at a hospice once a week. Would this help my application or should I look to do something else? Would volunteering at another hospital look better?

Bump the shadowing up a bit - maybe shadow in a different specialty you might be interested in.
Bump the hospital/hospice volunteering (doesn't matter where, so long as you're working with patients). I did 2-3 hours a week throughout my whole senior year and it gave me a great break from the school grind and good stuff to talk about.

Sounds like all of the boxes have been checked. Perhaps spend the time to get a publication out of your research. I would think that that would be a bigger boost than adding yet another volunteer experience.
