what else can i do?

here are my stats:
oGPA-3.4
sGPA-3.2
AA 24/TS 21/PAT 24
119 hours of shadowing nearly every single specialty there is
volunteering twice a week: at 20 hours now, plus about 20 more from undergrad, planning on volunteering more
research experience-a few semesters
got 4 letters of recommendation (2 would be good, the other 2 might not be as good)
RA as an undergrad for 3 years, plus work in 3 other labs, including work in an orthodontist's lab.
i'm planning on taking a couple of classes this fall, biochem and microbiology, stuff i should have taken in undergrad but didn't.

i guess my question is... what else can i do? what are my chances?

Aside from what you listed above... there is nothing else you can do, you seem to have covered your basics.

The ONLY thing you can do now is to apply to a good number of schools. I'd say 10+
