I put on AMCAS that I would take 5 courses my very last semester. Two of them were cancer biology and honors biochem 2. I just realized I need one more biomedical engineering elective for my major and I also realized that biochem 2 was not available any longer in spring. I was think about taking my biomedical eng elective and molecular biochemistry instead of cancer biology and biochem 2. Are medical schools that strict about this? It doesn't seem like a big deal to me

The future courses you put on AMCAS are non-binding. Just be sure to complete all prereqs required by the school you plan to matriculate at.
