What if one school requires a specific LOR but another school says "N"

One of my LORs is my supervisor/manager at work. For one of my schools, it was required to have. However, on the PharmCAS LOR chart, it says N under UMES. Is it bad that they'll still be getting the letter from PharmCAS or is it okay since I have other LORs that satisfy their requirement? Thanks!
