Hey guys I just graduated in Spring '14 from University of Miami with a BS in Biology.
Finished with a 3.16 cumgpa and a 3.1 sgpa.

I did research for a summer at the Diabetes Research Institute.
I have a whole summer of shadowing experience with an internal medicine.
Been on two mission trips to Central America for education and health care outreach.
Every summer also worked two jobs.
I am studying for the MCAT planning on taking it before it changes after Jan. '15.

What are my chances, should i apply DO, or apply to a post bacc program?
Will i be able to get into post bacc programs that offer matriculation into medical progams.
I was thinking to apply to the Caribbean and just go but i want to make an effort for domestic medical schools for obvious reasons.

thanks for the feedback

The 3.1 science could be what holds you back from a better DO school, unless your MCAT is 29+. I'd recommend a semester of post-bacc work (community college is fine) and getting that to a 3.3.
