ACGME PM&R or AOA PM&R? AOA, yeah for sure, ACGME it seems like it depends. Its still up in the air, but technically your current program would have to get ACGME pre-accreditation before you start in order for it to be considered equivalent, so they'd have to just apply for accreditation, they don't have to get approved yet, but just applying gets them pre-accreditation status. Maybe talk to them about it. They won't be able to apply until July 2015 though.
Worst case scenario, you could try and get a ACGME pre-lim spot for the 2015-2016 year (you might even be able to ask the program after you match about it). Its also possible the PM&R program might be able to bend rules for you, but this is something you'd have to figure (I recommend figuring it out after you match with them and they commit to you).
