When to submit coursework to AMCAS

I have all of the prerequisites completed except for Organic Chemistry. I want to apply Early Decision to a school - deadline August. I am taking Organic Chemistry 1 this spring and Organic 2 during the second summer session, which ends August 9th. Should I go ahead and submit to AMCAS June 1st to get all of my other classes submitted (and have Organic 2 shown as in progress)? Does it take less time if you only have 1 class to submit to them in August? I know it takes longer to get things verified if you wait past June/July.

if I were you I would definitely submit to AMCAS June 1st, they'll have your grade from Orgo 1 in the spring, it will show Orgo 2 as current/future and then when you get your grade from Orgo 2 you can send that in an update
