i recentrly started practice passages. My plan was to do a ton of practice problems, complete the SA, then do FL's and more practice passages.

test is end of october.

sound strategy? if not, what do you recommend?

I am following Sn2ed and am spending the last month or so doing AAMC FLs. It's working decently but only because I had finished content review beforehand.

I did practice passages as I did content review (as per SN2ed).

I did lots of free standing, from the princeton fat book.
Couple of passages from Exam kraker.

and one practice AAMC- they are good for timing, not for content imo
although, the more practice you do, the more you benefit !

soo, it is ok to put off taking any FL's till say early oct?

in my opinion 4 weeks is more than enough time!

I did not do this, but one of my pals who scored a 38, dedicated the last 2 weeks to doing practice test.
What he would do is, one day take a practice test, the next day review any content he was weak on. He would repeat this until his exam.

definitely do the assessments though! they are good and can highlight your weakness, so do those as soon as you are done content review.
