where to make a rotation

Hi
I am a foreign medical graduate from Israel that interested in psychiatry residency in NY.
I am now in my internship in Israel and I have the possibility to make a one-month rotation in the US.
Do you guys have an idea where is the best place to do it?
Is it better to make an internal medicine sub-internship in cornel instead of psychiatry?
